SFMC specializes in the wholesale mortgage origination business and originates fixed rate second mortgages, Home Equity Lines of Credit and Bridge Loans. The mortgage products offered to professional mortgage brokers and bankers by St. Francis Mortgage Corporation are designed to be affordable, flexible and suited to the unique needs of each borrower.

St. Francis Mortgage Corporation was created in October 1999 to further promote the goal of affordable home ownership to borrowers located in the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota and Michigan. The Home Equity Division was added to the company in 2004 to take advantage of the synergy produced when creative second mortgage products are added to the loan production basket.
